Home Buyers Club HUD Colorado has co-developed a Home Buyers Club for customers who want to become homeowners, but need more preparation and education before entering the home buying process. Our home buyers club has complimentary counseling available. These counselors are available for first time Home buyers, many of whom are looking for guidance in saving money and securing a home for their families. Our counselors provide education - encouraging financial responsibility including credit repair, budgeting assistance and determining how much they can afford based on present income. Our counselors can be relied on to give accurate and timely answers to all the member's questions or concerns as well as fully supporting each members issues and problems. Its our goal to always be a source of help to those that are looking to achieve home ownership.
